How Much is Delivery & How Long Will It Take?
As long as we receive your order before 12 noon, our aim is to process it and dispatch it the same day (as long as the item is in stock).
Many of our deliveries require a signature so we recommend you include a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the item (e.g., a work address).
If there is no one to sign for it, a card will be left with details of how to get it redelivered or where to pick it up. Packages will be held by the courier for 1 week, after which time they will be returned to Canine Spirit. Redelivery of your order will incur additional charge.
Delivery to a PO Box will go regular NZ Post with no tracking available.
Orders for delivery within New Zealand (prices in NZD):
The majority of New Zealand orders are sent out courier and require a signature. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

Orders for delivery to Australia (prices in AUD):
Australian orders generally go out NZ Post/Aus Post - delivery is within 2-10 working days (we find they generally take around 3-4 days).

*Express Delivery - For $20-25 we can upgrade your delivery to Express. This still goes NZ Post but has a priority delivery and hence arrives between 2-6 working days. Please note, some very large orders may not be able to go Express Delivery - you will need to contact us on info@caninespirit.co.nz to upgrade to this service.
European & International Orders

Canine Spirit UK is based in Hampshire and can despatch throughout the UK and Europe including BFPO.
Orders to other international destinations
International orders are most welcome. Please contact us on info@caninespirit.co.nz to let us know what you are interested in purchasing and we will get back to you with costs and estimated delivery times. Additional local duty and taxes may be required to be paid in certain countries to enable receipt of the goods - these will be the responsibility of the customer.
